NO! Being just friends does not work, never did and never will. Relationships go one of two ways, you want to date or you don't. There is not in between. You are fooling yourself if you think that friends can work. They say it isn't personal because 'you are amazing' but it is personal... very very personal. I don't really know how much more personal not wanting to date someone for no apparent reason and then tricking yourself that you can actually be friends afterwards.
